Before your visit
Your appointment SMS or email will confirm the date, time, and clinic. Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes early for registration and vital signs.
- Bring a valid ID, HMO card (if applicable), and previous medical records
- Ask about fasting instructions before tests or surgery
- Let us know if you need language support or special assistance
Visiting information
Family support is important to recovery. Visiting times may vary by ward to ensure rest and privacy for patients.
- Typical visiting hours: 4:00pm – 7:00pm (check with the ward for details)
- Children visitors may be restricted in some units (e.g. ICU)
- Hand hygiene and infection prevention rules apply to all visitors
Emergency & urgent care
Our Emergency Unit is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with on-call specialists and access to diagnostics and theatre.
When to come to the Emergency Unit
Visit our Emergency Unit or call for ambulance support if you experience severe or sudden symptoms that could be life-threatening.
